Gracie and Parker

On Saturday I had a baby shower for my friend Cortnie she is due this month. I'm very excited for her she is having a little girl how fun!! Everyone and there babies lately :-). Then later that afternoon we watched Gracie and Paker so that Brenda and Chris could go golfing and to dinner. It was very fun they are the cutest kids. We decided to take them mini golfing so we went to Spare time and did the glow in the dark mini golfing. It was fun but they were funny. They wouldn't really let me and Daniel help them at all with hitting the ball on the hard holes. They wanted to do themselves even if it took them 30 hits to get it up a ramp or in a hole they were determined. They loved it though Parker liked to swing and hit the ball as hard as he could no matter how many times you would tell him to hit it soft. We all had to steer clear when he was swinging cause he would take a full swing up to the shoulder. Gracie would hit it through a tunnel or whatever it was to get to the hole and as soon as it came out the other side she would pick up her ball instead of hitting it into the hole and as soon as me and Daniel would get our ball through the tunnel and start trying to hit it in the hole she would decide to put her ball down somewhere and hit hers in the hole too. It was funny she didn't understand that your not supposed to pick your ball up until it was in the hole but it was very fun!! After our exciting game of golf we went and rented a movie from blockbuster we got "Flushed Away" Very cute and funny cartoon for those of you that havent seen it. Then we went and got pizza from Papa Murphy's Gracie fell asleep in the car so Daniel and Parker went to get the pizza and me and Gracie stayed in the car. When we got back to the house Gracie woke up when i tried to get her out of her car seat. So i cooked the pizza and the kids and Daniel went outside and played with some balls and rolled down the hill. They had fun Daniel is just a big kid so they love to be around him. We ate dinner I got these little popper things that have a surprise inside of them and put one in front of each of there plates but they couldn't have them until they ate all there pizza. Parker ate 2 pieces and gracie ate one. Gracie got a bracelet inside her popper and parker got tangram pieces to make animals and shapes (for those of you who remember what tangrams are) and then decided to watch the movie. The kids loved it Gracie couldn't decide who to sit with so she would sit with me and then go sit with Daniel then come sit with me again. After the movie we played outside for a while then when it got to cold we went inside and they kids were hungry again. We had some goldfish and then me and gracie went and started reading a book while Daniel and parker made shapes with his tangram pieces. It was a very fun evening but we were both so exhausted by the time it was done!! Best birth control ever :-). They are darling kids and we have so much fun with them but are very greatful when its time to give them back to there parents ha ha ha :-)
